Wisconsin voters are deciding on two proposed amendments to the state constitution that will affect how elections are administered in the Badger State. These proposed amendments were introduced in the wake of the 2020 election, when some municipalities accepted private grants and consultation to support elections administration during the pandemic.

If passed, Question 1 would prohibit any private funding for administering elections. The second proposed amendment, Question 2, would ensure only election officials designated by law may administer elections. Polls close at 9 p.m. Eastern.
